Protective atmosphere: methanol pyrolysis gas and nitrogen
Processing characteristics: ensure that the decarburization reaches the standard (no oxidation, micro decarburization)
Features of spheroidizing annealing furnace:
With the latest structure of methanol high temperature cracking furnace annealing, the surface of the material has no oxide skin, no decarburization, high spheroidization rate and stable quality.
The latest design in 2015, the best choice for new trend, high quality and low price wire rod restructuring industry.
• ceramic fiber cotton is used as the heat breaking layer of furnace cover, with better heat breaking effect. The structure design of furnace cover is lighter and stronger.
The corrugated structure of inner barrel and convection is lightweight and has long service life. Realize the reasonable heating mode dominated by super convection, and make the temperature of internal and external workpieces more uniform
Super strong convection fan: large air volume, high intensity, fast temperature rise, time and power saving.
Strong cooling system to speed up cooling, save time and improve production efficiency.
