The furnace has the following characteristics and advantages: high strength stainless steel wire woven into mesh belt, long service life; simple and reliable transmission mechanism, stepless and adjustable mesh belt speed; large impeller forced circulation fan is used to speed up the air flow speed of the furnace, improve heat transfer efficiency, uniform furnace temperature; the electric heating element is easy to replace without removing the furnace top and shell; the furnace lining adopts aluminum silicate fiber With high precision instrument, the performance is reliable and the operation is convenient. This furnace is especially suitable for batch blackening production of various standard parts, bearings, bicycle parts, hardware, textile parts, electric tools and so on. The main components of the equipment are: feeding - pre cleaning - heating furnace - blackening tank - drying furnace - oiling (optional according to the needs of users) Note: 1. This equipment is the third generation of mesh belt blackening furnace.
2. Output can be selected according to users
3. Absolutely belongs to energy-saving and environmental protection equipment (can do environmental assessment)
4. Users near Zhejiang: Cixi, Shanghai, Yongkang, Wuyi, Wenzhou, etc.
5. Take blackened products to customers for inspection (sample)
